Privacy Challenges of Small, Medium and Micro Enterprises

The IAF has focused on accountability that achieves fair processing when information is used for innovative purposes.  This focus means most of IAF’s corporate participants are very large enterprises or are organizations that provide services for those very large enterprises.  The exception has been Victoria Anzola’s training company, Seqqe, who works with many SMEs in Spain and Colombia. Victoria has joined the IAF team in seminars in Latin America and Europe and has brought the perspective of SMEs to the policy development table.  Victoria shared with the IAF her notes on the privacy challenges of SMEs.  With her permission, the IAF posted these notes on the Publications part of its website.  The link is here.
